SymplyPRO DIT Thunderbolt Desktop features a single LTO-9 Half-Height Tape Drive with both Thunderbolt 3 & 12Gb SAS (SFF-8644) Host Interfaces and 2 x 2.5" SSD Docking Bays in a sleek space grey rugged metal alloy enclosure. Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports support both device charging & daisy chaining. 2.5" SSD that are docked to the 2.5” drive bays, or SAS drives connected via the 12Gb SAS (SFF-8644) Expansion Port are bridged to Thunderbolt by the SymplyPRO DIT. LTO-9 boasts a native capacity of 18TB (45TB compressed) and native performance of 300MB/Sec (750MB/Sec compressed), supports 256-bit encryption along with WORM media. Compatible with LTFS (Linear Tape File System) making backup and archive operations easier to an open source and interchangeable tape format. Symply tape products feature massive interoperability and are compatible with industry leading software providers. Kit includes 1 x data cartridge, 1 x cleaning cartridge, 1 x 2m Active Thunderbolt 4 cable, 1 x SymplyLOCK, 1 x SymplyDIT 2.5 Inch Drive Tray, 1 x Local Power Cable and SymplyATOM macOS software. 3 Year Worldwide warranty with optional extension to 5 years.
